Cocoon Pack

Designed for the manufacture of luxury paper bags, Cocoon Pack is a 100% recycled, extra white shopping bag paper (CIE 143) that’s FSC® Recycled certified. Made to the highest standards for strength and excellent printability, it easily meets the requirements of the luxury bag market. On top of this, it offers superior performance on a variety of print and conversion machines.

Made from 100% FSC® Recycled pulp, Cocoon Pack avoids landfill and reduces greenhouse gas emissions and the consumption of water and energy. It also eradicates the need for wood as a raw material. An ideal alternative to plastic substrate bags for businesses that care what customers think.

Printing recommendations

Prepress recommendations :

  • Screen rulings : Max 150 lpi
  • For heavy ink loads, work under-colour-removal (UCR) is recommended

Converting recommendations :

  • Suitable for foiling, die cutting, gumming and perforation
