RePrint Preprint

Produced from a minimum of 60% recycled fibres, RePrint Preprint is our uncoated preprint paper with a mid-whiteness of CIE 130 and PEFC™ and/or FSC® Mix certification on request. With optimal opacity, high runnability and excellent printability, it’s guaranteed for laser personalisation and limited inkjet printing, and it’s suitable for use in mono and colour laser printers too. A true multi-purpose paper.

With a minimum of 60% recycled fibre content, RePrint delivers both recycled environmental benefits and virgin fibre from sustainable forest sources that are FSC® certified and PEFC™ certified on request – so you get the best of both worlds.

In the right grammage, RePrint Preprint is ideal for:

Letterheads, invoices, business stationery, report and accounts, brochures, leaflets, direct mail, books, catalogues, magazines, greeting cards, invitations, menus, business cards, envelopes, and limited high speed web inkjet personalised transpromotional applications.

Printing recommendations

Prepress recommendations:

  • Screen rulings (Max 150 lpi)
  • For heavy ink loads, work Under-colour-removal (UCR) is recommended

Printing recommendations:

  • Guaranteed for Offset litho
  • Sheets suitable for letterpress
  • Recommended fount solution wet pH 5.5 +/- 0.5
  • Suitable for IR-drying and UV-curing
  • Suitable for HSWO (heat set web offset): keep web temperature to a max. of 150° centigrade.
  • Suitable for cold set web offset - pre-testing recommended
  • Suitable for offset and acrylic varnishes - pre-testing recommended
  • Reprint Deluxe preprint is guaranteed for laser personalisation and limited inkjet printing, suitable for use in mono and colour laser printers and dry toner
  • For subsequent laser printing respect storage conditions.
  • Laser printing inks are suitable with Reprint Deluxe Preprint.

Converting recommendations:

  • Suitable for blind embossing - avoid sharp edges on tools
  • Suitable for hot-foil blocking / cold foil blocking
  • Suitable for die cutting and perforation
  • Folding : pre-creasing recommended for >150 gsm
  • Suitable for clamps, wire thread and adhesive binding
  • Reprint Deluxe Preprint is suitable for envelope machines, folding and inserting process
