Terms and Conditions for the Cyclus Poster Campaign

The promoter is Antalis Ltd (Company no. 1088345) whose registered office is at Interlink Way West, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1LE
Employees of Antalis UK and Arjowiggins Graphic or their family shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
The competition is open to UK residents only.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
To enter the competition participants must post their poster design on Instagram or twitter using #cycluspaper
The entrant is responsible to obtain all necessary rights, licences and permission to use the design that is submitted to the competition
Closing date for entries will be 30th June 2016. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The winning design will be judged by Chris Hopewell
The winner will be announced at the Antalis Review on 29th September 2016
The winner will receive 20 hand silk screen prints of their poster design, one of which will be framed and awarded at the Antalis Review
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
Any liability for tax or other duty payable on the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner/s and the promoter does not accept any liability for this.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material connected to the competition.

Accuracy of information

Design Showcase

Information contained within the Design Showcase section does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Arjowiggins of any works or source or information contained within except where stated. The aim of the Design Showcase is to show the use of Arjowiggins’ papers. Arjowiggins does not grant any license nor right to use, exploit, distribute such information as contained within the Design Showcase. Any reproduction of the same is prohibited.

Submissions must be the original work of those submitting the material.
Submissions must include papers manufactured by Arjowiggins Graphic
Other Paper companies and their merchants are not eligible to submit work.
Work must comply with the British Codes of Advertising and Sales promotion. Any submission with an upheld complaint about it or that doesn’t comply will be disqualified.
No responsibility is accepted by Arjowiggins Graphic for inaccurate details supplied by entrants.
Submissions with a false name or address will be disqualified from being showcased.

If necessary, entrants must check whether their company policy enables them to submit work and to follow the necessary company guidelines with regard to acquiring permission(s) from their company, and from the equivalent senior level person from the client, whose work they are submitting. It is the entrant’s responsibility for gaining the necessary permission(s) for their work to be displayed.

By making a submission, entrant’s and their clients assign to Arjowiggins the right to publish the entry. Without asking for further permission, Arjowiggins may publish the entire submission or an edited version of it.

Arjowiggins reserves the right to load or remove a piece of work from the gallery at any time.

Work submitted to the Design Showcase will be approved at Arjowiggins discretion. Only approved work will feature in the Design Showcase.

Submissions are accepted by Arjowiggins but responsibility for the submission is the individual responsibility of the entrant.

All work will be reproduced from the original submissions to the highest standard and given as accurate as possible reproduction of the originals.

Arjowiggins therefore takes no responsibility for any variation of colour between the originals and their reproduction.

The images and brief submitted for the Design Showcase have been supplied by the entrants. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy Arjowiggins does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions.

No part of the Design Showcase may be reproduced in any manner without the written permission of the promoter/entrant.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.

Sample System

Our sample ordering system is provided to Users with the intent of offering swatches of printed papers and plain A4 samples of papers only. Samples provided are not to be used for commercial purposes and must not be used:

For the production of another product (e.g. making cards)
To be shown to competitors
For analyze nor cause any third party to analyze the composition nor reverse engineer or decompile any sample

Samples may be printed on and tested with the intention on trailing the product before placing an order. Arjowiggins reserves the right to refuse to provide samples at its own discretion. If Arjowiggins deems that a user is attempting to misuse the system, then that user will be refused samples.

We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing a sample order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service – this may include passing your details to the relevant merchant to complete your sample request.

Environmental Benefit Statement

Arjowiggins provides the users of its website, www.recycled-papers.co.uk with a tool called the "environmental calculator", "Eco-calculator", or any other name that may be chosen to designate this tool (hereinafter the "Eco-calculator").

Users of the Eco-calculator through the www.recycled-papers.co.uk shall be governed by these terms of use, these actions constituting full and complete acceptance of these terms of use and of any future modifications.

The Eco-calculator allows Internet Users to calculate savings of natural resources achieved by comparing the use of a recycled paper produced by Arjowiggins Papiers Couchés to the use of a standard virgin fibre paper.

By entering the following data: name of the paper, grammage, format, and quantities, the calculator will display an automatic calculation of natural resources saved for water, weight of materials sent to the waste storage facility, wood, electricity, CO2 emissions, and the equivalent in km travelled with an average European car.

Users may access a feature, the “Bespoke EBS platform”, enabling the customisation of the results (presentation in columns, colours, black and white, with whole or part of the results in the chosen language among the available one’s), in PDF format in high definition document, thus printable on an high definition document (hereinafter the “Bespoke EBS platform”).

Arjowiggins cannot guarantee the availability of the Eco-calculator, transmission reliability, or performance in terms of response time or quality. There shall be no technical assistance for Users of the Eco-calculator by any means whatsoever.

Arjowiggins may not be held liable in the event that it is impossible to use the Eco-calculator.

The information and/or documents listed on and/or accessible through the Eco-calculator come from sources that are considered to be reliable. However, this information may contain technical inaccuracies and or typographical errors. Arjowiggins shall reserve the right to correct them, as soon as it becomes aware of them.

The use of the information and/or available documents in the Eco-calculator is made under the whole and only responsibility of the User, which accepts the totality of the consequences which can ensue from it, without Arjowiggins can be looked for as such, and without recourse against the latter.

The lifespan of an Eco-calculator is unlimited except by free decision by Arjowiggins to stop its provision.

As the Eco-calculator is accessible over the Internet, the User shall declare to accept the characteristics and limits of the Internet as foreseen in the paragraph Internet usage rules.

This Eco-calculator and its terms of use shall be governed by French Law, regardless of the place of use. In the event of any potential dispute, and after the failure of all attempts to seek an amicable solution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute in question.

Arjowiggins does not have any means of controlling the content of services accessible over the Internet.

We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our Site.
