Arjowiggins Graphic has announced the launch of its Innovative 100% recycled High speed Inkjet paper portfolio, a range of OEM qualified and sustainable products designed to run on all Inkjet digital presses including the latest generation of machines. Once again Arjowiggins Graphic meets market demand and continues to lead industry innovation with an exciting new range of 100% recycled papers, engineered specifically for inkjet colour printing.

Recycled Papers: Keeping Inkjet Printing Sustainable
Arjowiggins Graphic is leading the way in the development of digital print de-inking techniques and the recycling of digital papers. All our inkjet papers contain 100% top quality, de-inked fibre which is process chlorine free; this ensures the highest standard of recycled papers available on the market.
In-depth research and industrial trials have led to the optimisation of processes at Arjowiggins Graphic’s state of the art de-inking plant at Greenfield, France. This ensures that paper collected after inkjet digital printing can be recycled and ultimately avoid being sent to landfill. While the amount of inkjet materials currently found in the recycling process is relatively small compared to analogue prints such as offset lithography; the use of these types of digital printing technologies is increasing. It is therefore essential for the industry to develop effective solutions to ensure compatibility with recycling mills, such as those operated by Arjowiggins Graphic, when digital prints become a more significant portion of the recovered paper stream.
